As we continue to grow, we are looking for an AI-Driven Graphic Designer to join our team. This is an exciting opportunity to combine cutting-edge AI technologies with world-class design skills to create impactful creative solutions, optimize workflows, and mentor other designers in the adoption of AI in design.

What You Will Do:

• Deliver high-quality creative assets across digital, print, branding, and presentation formats (Web UI is a plus).
• Explore and apply AI design tools to create visuals, layouts, and concepts that reflect client branding and project objectives.
• Use AI-driven tools (e.g., MidJourney, DALL·E, Stable Diffusion, Runway, Adobe Firefly, etc.) to enhance creative workflows and generate design assets.
• Develop and fine-tune prompts to produce polished outputs in diverse styles and formats.
• Work closely with other designers to blend AI-generated content with traditional design, ensuring seamless and innovative results.
• Partner with Project Managers and creative peers to translate client needs into effective visual solutions.
• Stay up to date with the latest AI design trends, tools, and best practices, and actively integrate them into workflows.
• Apply strong design fundamentals, composition, typography, color, and hierarchy across all deliverables.
• Contribute to the creation of scalable, AI-driven design systems that improve efficiency and consistency across projects.

Experience & Qualifications:

• 5+ years of professional experience in graphic design, branding, or visual communication, ideally within a fast-paced creative or agency environment.
• Strong portfolio showcasing creative excellence across digital, print, and branding, with clear examples of AI-enhanced design projects.
• Proven experience applying AI-driven tools in real-world design workflows.
• Track record of adapting to evolving technologies and integrating them into professional practice.
• Solid foundation in design principles, typography, color theory, and visual hierarchy.
• Bachelors degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, or equivalent professional experience.

Required Skills:

• Advanced proficiency with AI design tools, such as MidJourney, DALL·E, Stable Diffusion, Firefly, Runway, and ChatGPT for ideation and workflow acceleration.
• Expertise in generating, refining, and integrating AI-created assets into polished design deliverables.
• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) and Figma for enhancing and finalizing visuals.
• Strong prompt-crafting ability to achieve consistent, brand-aligned results across diverse formats and visual styles.
• Ability to experiment with emerging AI workflows, share best practices, and contribute to team-wide innovation.
• Strong project management skills to balance multiple priorities while maintaining quality and meeting deadlines.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills for working with project managers, clients, and creative peers.
• Resilient and adaptable, thriving in fast-paced environments and embracing shifting project priorities.
• Fluent in English, both written and spoken.
