Remote Saas Growth Marketer

**About the Role**
**Responsibilities**
**1. Funnel Ownership**
- Build, test, and iterate on end-to-end self-serve acquisition funnels (from signup → onboarding → activation → upgrade).
**2. Onboarding Optimization**
- Craft onboarding flows that deliver immediate “aha” moments.
- Collaborate with Product and Design to improve time-to-value (TTV).
**3. Conversion Rate Optimization (CRO)**
- A/B test CTAs, landing pages, pricing pages, and upgrade nudges.
- Optimize across channels: website, product tours, help docs, and in-product prompts.
**4. Lifecycle Marketing**
**Requirements**:
- 1+ years in Digital Marketing (best with SaaS or product-led growth (PLG) experience
- Proven track record in improving conversion rates and user onboarding experiences
- Familiarity with no-code onboarding and marketing tools
- Experience with A/B testing tools and product analytics platforms
- Solid grasp of lifecycle metrics, segmentation, and retention levers
- Strong copywriting, UX sensitivity, and growth-hacking mindset
