**Novocomedy in brief**

We are a TV distribution company, meaning we acquire and sell television programs to television networks and Video On Demand platforms (such as Netflix, for instance).

We also are a TV production company, meaning we produce new television programs, mostly compilations of short programs : home video, pranks, magic & circus, sport fails.

**Absolute pre-requisites**:

- An excellent internet connection & bandwidth
- English or (French is a plus)
- Organization freak (love to have things in the right place, with the right name so you can find it in a heartbeat — “If you can’t find it, you don’t have it ”)
- Perfect mastery of social networks, Expert with youtube channel and other social media platform

**Main Responsibilities**:
Social Media Strategy and Management: Develop a tailored editorial strategy for YouTube and social media platforms, including TikTok, Facebook, Instagram, etc., that aligns with brand objectives. This includes setting goals to enhance Novocomedy's owned and operated profiles/handles/YT channels to increase awareness, engagement, subscribers, followers, and revenue. Conduct market and competitor research to identify trends and ensure the brand remains at the forefront.

Content Creation and Management: Design short, impactful videos for TikTok and longer-form videos for YouTube. Develop content plans, strategize, implement, and deliver innovative concepts, trends, and challenges to enhance visibility. Contribute creative ideas to optimize content for each platform and engage target audiences effectively.

Performance Analysis: Monitor KPIs specific to each platform (views, engagement, click-through rates, etc.) and measure the effectiveness of all YouTube channels and social media accounts by providing detailed reports. Adjust strategies based on performance data to achieve set objectives.

Collaboration: Collaborate with creative teams, influencers, graphic designers, and other internal stakeholders to amplify campaign reach and execute plans effectively.

Community Management: Respond to comments and private messages, engage with followers to build loyalty, and strengthen audience engagement. Monitor and maintain online engagement while addressing negative reviews or comments to ensure positive reputation management.

Content Publishing and Operations: Manage content publishing schedules across platforms, ensuring timely and optimized delivery that aligns with goals and approvals.

**Required Skills**:

- Expertise in managing social media, with a focus on YouTube and TikTok.
- Strong proficiency in analytics tools (YouTube Studio, TikTok Analytics, Google Analytics).
- Knowledge of visual creation and video editing software (Premiere Pro, CapCut, Canva).
- Ability to identify trends and adapt them to the brand’s image.
- Creativity, storytelling ability, and adaptability to platform-specific tones.

**Desired Profile**
- Experienced and proven track records and references
- Degree in communication, digital marketing, or a related field.
- Significant experience in online community management and video content creation.
- Familiarity with YouTube and TikTok algorithms.
- Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
