Community Manager

OSL is Hong Kong's first SFC-licensed digital asset platform. We are seeking a
Community Manager
to cultivate, engage, and grow our dynamic Indonesian (
OSL Koinsayang
) community, acting as the vital bridge between our brand and our users.

Key Responsibilities

  • Community Management & Engagement:
    Proactively manage and grow our online communities (Telegram, Discord, etc.), initiating conversations, responding to queries, and fostering a positive, inclusive environment.
  • Event Project Management:
    Lead the end-to-end project management of community events—from conceptualization and speaker coordination to merchandise planning—both for internally-run events and sponsored partnerships with industry players.
  • Content & Channel Strategy:
    Collaborate with marketing and content teams to localize and amplify announcements, campaigns, and activations (AMAs, quizzes, referral drives) to resonate with the Indonesian audience.

Who We Are Looking For

  • Proven Community Management Experience:
    Demonstrated experience managing social media and online community channels (e.g., Discord, Telegram). Experience from social media (TikTok), e-commerce (Shopee, Tokopedia), or community-centric companies is highly valued.
  • Event Management & Proactive Mindset:
    Proven capability in managing and executing events. Must be hands-on, easygoing, and flexible for events that may occur outside standard business hours, including late evenings.
  • Strong Communicator & Collaborative Partner:
    Excellent communication skills in Bahasa Indonesia and English, with a people-first attitude and the ability to work closely with internal teams and external partners.
