About the gig:

We're looking for someone to lead and orchestrate a professional community for our client. You'll be the main brain behind community strategy, member engagement, and making sure members actually get value from being part of this community.

What you'll do:

  • Own the community strategy and execution from A to Z
  • Design and run engagement programs that make people actually want to participate (not just lurk)
  • Work directly with the client's team to align community activities with their goals
  • Lead and coordinate our community officers across different professional segments
  • Monitor community health metrics and actually do something about them when things aren't working
  • Plan and execute online/offline events that members genuinely look forward to
  • Build partnerships and collabs that bring real value to the community
  • Handle escalations and keep the community vibe positive and professional

What we're looking for:

  • 3+ years managing online communities (bonus if you've worked with professional/B2B communities)
  • You've actually built or scaled communities before (not just maintained them)
  • Strong understanding of community engagement strategies and what makes people tick
  • Experience working with brands or corporate partnerships
  • Data-driven but still creative (you can look at numbers and turn them into action)
  • Comfortable with tools like WhatsApp Business, Notion, analytics platforms, etc.
  • Can work
    independently
    but also collaborate with teams
  • Organised AF because you'll be juggling multiple workstreams
  • If you read One Piece, it's a plus point

Nice to have:

  • Experience with WhatsApp-based communities
  • Background in HR, Marketing, or Business operations
  • Network in Jakarta's professional scene
