Project Management:

- Manage the entire Assessment Center process, ensuring seamless execution and adherence to Service Level Agreements (SLA).
- Oversee the flow of Assessment Centers and guarantee the timely delivery of products.
- Coordinate with assessors involved in the project to maintain a smooth workflow.

Technical Support:

- Ensure operational excellence in administering the Talentlytica dashboard for clients.
- Act as the primary contact for resolving issues raised by assessors or client admins, providing standby support for technical troubleshooting.
- Aid in the implementation of collaborative activities with partners/customers.

Assessment Execution:

- Guarantee the seamless execution of assessments, meeting quality standards.
- Handle complaint resolutions according to established SLAs.
- Minimum Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Psychology.
- Proven experience in project management, particularly in psychological assessments. (Assessment Center is a plus)
- Have experience in customer success activities
- Strong organizational and communication skills.
- High computer literacy and ability to learn new software.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
- Contract Duration: 4 months
