Do you have experience in all technical areas of logistics operations including procurement, transport/distribution,
warehousing and stock management, fleet management, asset management, communications, and security?

Do you have experience in advising and supporting others at all levels with logistics aspects of a programme, including
strategic thinking and planning?

Do you have experience in working with International NGO, UN Agencies and related field?

**What we are looking for**:
We are looking for Logistic Manager to contribute actively to the development and practice of an efficient supply chain management system, monitor the compliance with policies and procedures at all levels and maintain a good communication and collaboration with Country Management Team, Humanitarian Response Team, Programme, and Support staff.

**The Role**:
This role will require some skills and competences:

- _At least six years’ experience in total, with minimum three years experience in a team lead role with INGO with similar job profile_
- _Team working Experience in supporting and advising teams from a distance and across a number of locations_
- _Training/ coaching experience to deliver inductions and other logistics related trainings to Oxfam staff and partners from time to time_
- _Strong organisational and interpersonal skills along with team motivational skills._
- _Ability to work in complex environment, manage workload and competing demands without close supervision, drive to achieve results._
- _Proven verbal and written communication skills (in English) in order to communicate effectively internally and externally_
- _Ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities with efficient time management skills_
- _Commitment to Oxfam’s objectives and values including commitment to diversity and promoting gender equity in all aspects of work._
- _Ability and sensitivity of working with diverse teams to work collaboratively with others,_
- _Good working experience of Ms office, Ms Teams and Cloud drive._
