Warehouse Management - Managing warehouse in compliance with company’s policies and vision. - Overseeing receiving, warehousing, distribution, and maintenance operations. - Set up layout and ensure efficient space utilization. - Maintain record inventory. Logistic Management - Develop procurement and logistics strategy and assist the Manager in overseeing logistics activities to ensure effectiveness and efficiency. - Coordinate with the Purchasing Unit to verify incoming goods and materials against purchase orders and contracts. - Plan and monitor the distribution schedule with Units or Sites to ensure safe delivery of goods and materials. - Create an efficient distribution plan, including selecting the right vendors. - Monitor and control the loading and unloading process of goods and materials effectively and efficiently. - Review and summarize logistics activities monthly; analyze and provide recommendations to the Manager. - Ensure logistics activities and documentation comply with regulations and procedural requirements. - Min. Bachelor with Engineering or Logistic background. - Min. 4 years of working experience in the same field. - Have experience in managing inventory and logistic is preferred. - Have good experience and knowledge in maritime sector is preferred. - Have intermediate to advanced proficiency of Excel, PowerPoint and Word is preferred. - Initiative, decisive, accurate, self-motivated. - Good leadership and management skill. - Good communication and negotiating skill. - Fluent English spoken and written. - Placement at Head Office (Jakarta) "Waspada terhadap Modus Penipuan pada saat proses interview.
