Logistics Project Operations Assistant 【Mandarin Required】

Overview:
The Logistics Project Operations Assistant will be responsible for providing comprehensive administrative and documentation support for our logistics projects. You will report directly to the Local Logistics Manager in Indonesia and play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth and efficient flow of documentation, which is the backbone of our supply chain operations. Proficiency in Mandarin Chinese is a significant advantage for effective communication with our headquarters and regional teams.
Key Responsibilities:
1、Prepare, check, and process various logistics documents, including but not limited to: invoices, packing lists, bills of lading (B/L), customs declarations, and certificates of origin.
2、Accurately input and maintain data related to shipments, inventory, and project status in the company's system.
3、Coordinate with freight forwarders, carriers, and customs brokers to ensure timely submission and accuracy of required documentation.
4、Assist the Logistics Manager in tracking and updating the status of shipments and projects.
5、Handle internal and external communication in Bahasa Indonesia, English, and Mandarin (with HQ and Chinese-speaking partners).
6、Maintain and organize all logistics files and records both electronically and physically.
7、Provide general administrative support to the logistics team as needed.
Qualifications and Requirements:
1、Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
2、Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in logistics, freight forwarding, or a similar documentation-focused role.
3、Excellent verbal and written communication skills in Bahasa Indonesia and English.
4、Proficiency in Mandarin Chinese is highly preferred to facilitate smooth communication with our headquarters and Chinese-speaking partners.
Skills & Competencies:
1、Strong attention to detail and a commitment to accuracy in handling documents and data.
2、Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (especially Excel and Word).
3、Ability to multitask, prioritize workload, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
4、Good organizational and problem-solving skills.
