**Corporate Legal Officer**

**Main Job Descriptions**:

- Assist and manage various tasks in Legal; including but not limited to corporate deeds, m_ergers & acquisitions, _legal due diligence and investment.
- Prepare, review and monitor all legal documents.
- Coordinate with other departments and/or business unit should needed.

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor degree majoring in Law from reputable university.
- Minimum 3 years of work experience as Corporate Legal.
- Have work experience(s) in holding company with subsidiaries in overseas and/or multinational company and/or law firm.
- Fluent in English is a must, both verbal and written.
- Excellent communication skills.
