- Coordinating advertising and promotional activities, including print, online, electronic media, and direct mail
- Managing the production of promotional materials and marketing campaigns
- Establishing and maintaining relationships with key strategic partners
- Ensuring the organizations brand message is consistent across all channels and marketing efforts
- Assessing the impact of marketing and promotional strategies on sales and customer perception
- Leading and managing the marketing team, providing guidance and feedback as needed

**Requirements**:

- Bachelors degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in marketing and promotions, preferably in the automotive industry.
- Strong leadership, analytical, and strategic planning skills.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills to collaborate with internal teams and external partners.
- Ability to analyze market trends, customer behavior, and campaign effectiveness, with willingness to be placed in Palembang.
