HR Personnel Officer

We are looking for a detail-oriented and dependable **HR Personnel Officer** to join our Human Resources team This role is crucial in supporting HR operations, with a primary focus on maintaining employee records, ensuring compliance, and managing administrative processes.
**Key Responsibilities**:
- Maintain and update employee records (both physical and digital)
- Process employee documents: contracts, letters, and certificates
- Manage attendance, leave, and other HR data tracking systems
- Operate and maintain the HRIS (Human Resources Information System)
- Assist in employee onboarding and offboarding procedures
- Ensure compliance with company policies and labor regulations
- Support day-to-day HR administrative tasks
**Qualifications**:
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Administration, or a related field
- **3-6 years of experience** in HR personnel/administration roles
- Proficient in operating HRIS platforms
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Familiarity with Indonesian labor law and HR best practices, especially those related to the education sector
- Excellent communication and confidentiality handling
- **Experience working in a school or educational institution is a strong advantage**
