**Job Descriptions**:
- Manage the payroll system and perform a full set of payroll processing and statutory submissions that are finalized timely and accurately.
- Administer employee insurance, pension, or savings plans, and working with the providers.
- Research employee benefits and health and safety practices, and recommend changes or modifications to existing policies.
- Mediate between benefits providers and employees, such as by assisting in handling employees' benefits-related questions or taking suggestions.
- Direct preparation and distribution of written and verbal information to inform employees of benefits, compensation, and personnel policies.
- Fulfill all reporting requirements of all relevant government rules and regulations.
- Generate monthly HR-related reports for Management review.
- Ensure personnel files are well documented and updated in all systems.
**Requirements**:
- Minimum Bachelor's degree in Human Resource Management or equivalent.
- 5 years of experience in HR Comben and personnel admin is a must.
- Good knowledge of the Employment Act and HR practices and regulations in mining industry, especially in C&B
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (good knowledge of MS Excel).
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- Ability to work independently in a fast pace environment.
- Meticulous, committed and takes initiatives
- Good analytical skills and resourceful.
- Well-organized and able to multi-task.
