**Job Descriptions**:

- Prepare and monitor routine maintenance schedules and repair maintenance according to SOP.
- Prepare and review policies and SOPs in managing, controlling and improving building and facility maintenance activities.
- Conduct evaluations of operational activities such as: Building Facilities Operation Service (BFOS), Planned Preventive Maintenance (PPM), Predictive Maintenance (PdM), Corrective Maintenance (CrM), Unplanned Breakdown Maintenance (UpBM), and Engineering Works (EW) all buildings in the project unit to ensure compliance with specified quality standards.
- Carry out technical audits of operational activities, energy audits and building assessments to identify problems with equipment and recommendations for necessary repairs.
- Identify areas that require innovation and awareness of effectiveness and efficiency in operational and maintenance activities.
- Conduct reviews and verification of technical work requests for repairs, maintenance and improvements to building utility equipment.
- Prepare reports on the results of inspections, reviews and performance analysis and ensure appropriate design and implementation solutions to improve better performance.
- Conduct analysis and evaluation of technical operational performance and implement benchmarking on each building unit consisting of: aspects of energy consumption (energy saving program), performance, cleanliness and safety.

**Job Requirements**:

- Minimum Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical/ Electro Engineering.
- Minimum 5 years of working experience in building maintenance / property management.
- Computer literacy (ability to operate Microsoft Office).
- Supervisory skill & interpersonal skill.
- Willing to be placed in South Jakarta.
