Job Description Summary: Manage and coordinate to ensure the implementation of maintenance and preventive maintenance in support the smooth running of the production process. Job Description: - Coordinate and monitor the implementation of maintenance to be completed in accordance with the target time and results set.- Monitor and ensure the running of preventive maintenance and maintenance of existing instruments and electrical equipment.- Ensure calibration is on schedule.- Make improvements by modifying equipment / machines.- Coordinate the implementation of the project related to the scope of its work field to fit the targets set.- Verify the implementation of PRP and Deep Cleaning is running effectively, and Ensure Correction action is implemented when there are Deviations.- Running Safety Regulation in accordance with applicable policy.- Responsible for the implementation of subordinate discipline.- Responsible for the smoothness and accuracy of the SAP administration.- Ensure the implementation of quality management system (ISO 9001: 2000, ISO 22000: 2005, Halal, SMK3, ISCC system, RSPO). Job Requirement: - Bachelor Degree in Mechanical Engineering- Having min 5 years of working experience as Maintenance Section Head- Able to solve problems, have strong analytical skills, and good technical / agronomy knowledge- Have good communication and collaboration skills with related departments / divisions- Willing to be located in Head Office Jakarta "Our company has never levied any fees for the recruitment process nor has it required to order tickets and accommodation through a certain travel agent or certain person"
