Currently PT. Grand Indonesia is looking for a
Engineering & Maintenance Section Head (Coordinator) for Menara BCA Office Tower
with the following requirements:

Qualifications:

  • Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Electrical or Mechanical Engineering from a reputable university.
  • Have a minimum of 3 years of experience as an Engineering Supervisor, preferably in the retail, shopping centres, office buildings, or hospitality industry.
  • Proficiency in computers, especially Microsoft Office.
  • Excellent in Bahasa and English, both written and spoken.
  • A professional certification in mechanical or electrical fields is advantageous.

Job Descriptions:

  • Prepare operations and maintenance schedules, and ensure documentation accuracy, including Work Instructions.
  • Identify and propose technical improvements to enhance system reliability and efficiency.
  • Coordinate and supervise completion of work related to upgrade requests, tenant fit-outs, and complaint resolutions.
  • Regularly inspect mechanical and electrical (M&E) systems to ensure proper operation.
  • Oversee equipment upgrades and take prompt action on damages, particularly during emergencies.
  • Implement development programs to minimize maintenance, repair, and replacement expenses as well as equipment failure risks.
  • Manage procurement of tools, materials, and services; evaluate and recommend contractors for inspection or improvement works.
  • Coordinate with internal departments to ensure fit-out compliance and conduct thorough inspections.
