Job Description

  • Lead and mentor the process engineering team to achieve production targets and ensure continuous improvement.
  • Analyze existing processes, identify inefficiencies, and implement solutions to enhance productivity and reduce costs.
  • Manage engineering projects, including planning, execution, and evaluation of new technologies or process improvements.
  • Ensure that production processes comply with quality standards and customer specifications.
  • Promote and enforce HSE policies to maintain a safe working environment.
  • Work closely with other departments such as Operations, Maintenance, and Quality Control to ensure smooth plant operations.

Requirement

  • Bachelor's degree in Metallurgy, Chemical Engineering, or a related field. Master's degree is a plus.
  • At least 8 years of experience in process engineering within the nickel smelting or metallurgical industry, with 3+ years in a managerial role.
  • Strong knowledge of nickel smelting processes, pyrometallurgy, or hydrometallurgy. Familiarity with process control systems is an advantage.
  • Proven ability to lead and inspire a team while fostering a collaborative work environment.
  • Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills with a focus on continuous improvement.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills in English and Bahasa Indonesia.
