**Role Overview**
We are looking for a dynamic **Account Executive** to manage and expand our network of host organizations and internship programs. If you have a passion for international recruitment, hospitality, and cultural exchange, this role is for you.
As a key team member, you will build strong relationships with luxury host organizations, match interns with suitable placements, and ensure a seamless internship experience for both parties. You will also collaborate with partners to gather feedback and work with the RMC Asia team to enhance service quality.
**Key Responsibilities**
- **Business Development** - Strengthen and expand relationships with partner hotels and resorts
- **Host Organization Relations** - Engage with host organizations to understand their hiring needs
- **Internship Coordination** - Match interns to suitable host organizations and oversee onboarding
- **Program Supervision** - Monitor the progress of interns and ensure a smooth experience
- **Stakeholder Engagement** - Collect feedback from partners and interns to improve program quality
**Qualifications**
- Bachelor’s degree or higher
- 1-3 years of experience in account management, business development, HR, or recruitment
- Strong communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills
- Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities
- Self-motivated, proactive, and able to work independently and in a team
- Experience in a cross-cultural work environment is a plus
**Desired Skills**
- **Business Development & Sales** - Ability to build and maintain relationships with partner organizations
- **Recruitment & Talent Matching** - Experience in hiring, onboarding, or internship placement
- **Hospitality & Tourism Knowledge** - Understanding of luxury hotels, resorts, and their operational needs (a plus)

- **Networking & Relationship Management** - Ability to nurture long-term partnerships with host organizations
- **Problem-Solving & Adaptability** - Quick thinking and flexibility to handle challenges in a dynamic environment
- **Organizational & Multitasking Skills** - Managing multiple internship programs and host organizations efficiently
- **Cross-Cultural Competency** - Experience working with diverse cultures or international teams
- **Tech-Savvy & CRM Knowledge** - Comfortable using digital tools, CRM systems, and online communication platforms
