**Role Description**

This full-time on-site Sales Executive (B2C) role is located in Jakarta, Indonesia and reports to the Sales Manager. The position is responsible for generating revenue growth through the acquisition of new customers and the development of existing client relationships. The Sales Executive will be tasked with following up on leads, establishing contact with clients, presenting and demonstrating products, negotiating contracts, managing accounts, and achieving sales targets. **Qualifications**
- Sales and Marketing skills; effective communication and active listening skills; customer service skills
- Ability to establish rapport and build trust with potential and existing clients; excellent interpersonal skills
- Aptitude for learning about our products and services, as well as consumer behavior, preferences, and needs
- Ability to work independently and in a team environment; goal-oriented
- Demonstrated track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field
- Relevant experience in sales or marketing, preferably in the fitness or sports industry, is a plus
- Proficiency in English and Bahasa Indonesia; ability to communicate in other languages is a plus
