**About Our Client**:
Regional Life Insurance business with offices in Jakarta
- Direct and coordinate company sales and marketing functions.
- Develop and coordinate sales selling cycle and methodology.
- Direct and oversee the company marketing function to identify marketing opportunities, direct marketing, and any other project development.
- Analyze and evaluate the effectiveness of sales, methods, costs, results, and achievements.
- Develop and manage sales also marketing budgets. Also, oversee the development and management of internal operating budgets.
- Plan and coordinate public affairs and do frequent communication efforts to include public relations and community outreach.
- Directly manage major and critical developing client accounts.
- Participate in the development of new project proposals.
- Establish and implement short and long-range goals, objectives, policies, and operating procedures.
- Supervise the planning and development of the company for marketing and communications materials.
- Represent the company at various community and/or business meetings to promote the company's existence in the Indonesian market.
- Supervise the preparation of issuance and delivery of sales materials, exhibits, and promotion programs.
- Recommend and administer policies and procedures to enhance operations.
- Work with department managers and corporate staff to develop 5 years and 10 years of business plans for the company.
- Serve, planned, and made committees policy (if required - to support the function as CSO).
- To perform People Development Program by:

- Provide direction and coordination for all team members.
- Develop competency of team members to ensure they can perform and consistently as expected.
- Set realistic and motivating annual targets: conduct performance expectations with each subordinate annually.
- Providing coaching, strategic, and technical training for team members and not limited to directly supervised staff, to develop technical proficiency, customer service excellence, and leadership.
- Manage the career development of the team.

**The Successful Applicant**:

- Master's Degree in Marketing or its equivalent experience.
- 10 - 15 years of experience in a senior-level sales and/or marketing position.
- Life Insurance background essential
- Indonesian national
