**Opportunity**

As a full-time on-site Sales Manager for Spare Parts Motor, based in Jakarta, you will be instrumental in driving sales growth in the spare parts division. Your role will involve managing a dedicated sales team and developing strategies to increase market presence and revenue from our motor spare parts offerings. Your skills and experience will play a crucial role in shaping our market approach and achieving customer satisfaction.

**Responsibilities**
- Lead and manage the spare parts sales team to meet and exceed sales targets.
- Develop and implement effective sales strategies for the motor spare parts sector.
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities and partnerships within the automotive sector.
- Foster strong relationships with customers, suppliers, and internal stakeholders.
- Oversee the entire sales process, from lead generation to contract negotiation and closing deals.
- Monitor market trends, competitor activity, and customer preferences to inform sales strategies.
- Prepare regular reports on sales performance, market conditions, and customer feedback.

**Requirements**:

- Minimum 5 years of experience in sales, with a focus on automotive spare parts preferred.
- A degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is advantageous.
- Strong sales track record with the ability to achieve and exceed targets.
- Excellent leadership and team management skills.
- Strong communication and negotiation skills.
- Ability to analyze market dynamics and adjust strategies accordingly.
- Customer-centric approach with a focus on building lasting relationships.
- Proficiency in MS Office and CRM software.
- Experience in the technology or automotive industry is a plus.
