**Job Description**:
As a **Travel Support Associate - Bahasa Indonesia**, you will play a crucial role in ensuring our customers receive outstanding service and support for their travel needs. You will assist clients with inquiries, bookings, and problem resolution while maintaining a high level of professionalism and positivity. Your fluency in Thai and English will enable you to provide seamless communication and support to our customers in Thailand and beyond.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Assist customers with travel inquiries, reservations, cancellations, and modifications.
- Resolve customer issues and complaints in a timely and effective manner.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions.
- Collaborate with other team members to improve processes and enhance customer experience.
- Stay updated on travel products, services, and industry trends to provide knowledgeable recommendations.
- Adhere to company policies and procedures while ensuring compliance with industry regulations.

**Qualifications**:

- Can Speak Bahasa Indonesia and proficient in English.
- Previous experience in customer service, preferably in the travel industry.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to handle difficult situations and resolve conflicts with professionalism.
- Proficient in using customer service software and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Willingness to shifting schedules, including evenings and weekends, as needed.
- Start Date: March 7, 2025
