**Position overview**:
Do you have an entrepreneurial mindset and great leadership abilities? allnex invites you to join us as a **Head of Commercial **to add value to our growth activities by identifying new/expand commercial opportunities and keep abreast of trends and market conditions. The primary responsibility of this position is to plan, direct, and control the commercial functions of allnex's Coating Resins and Additives Business in **Indonesia**. You will collaborate closely with key stakeholders from various functions to ensure a smooth commercial operation in the market and allow allnex to meet its business objectives.

**Responsibilities**:
- Prepare annual budgets and business plans for the commercial function to ensure that it has the resources to meet its agreed-upon goals.
- Provide periodic reviews and management reports on a monthly basis.
- Direct and control commercial operations in order to ensure agreed-upon sales targets and objectives are met.
- Establish and ensure the implementation of pricing and stocking policies that will fulfil the company's profitability goals.
- Promote sales among current and prospective consumers and manage designated key accounts.
- Manage credit and collection in accordance to company’s targets and policies.
- Develop and implement cooperative operations with internal counterparts to build a sustainable export business and the import of profitable product within the company's Coatings Division.
- Gather and communicate market knowledge with internal organization, recommend or implement action to meet evolving circumstances, and assist in the development of sales business strategy.
- Contribute to the development of the marketing strategy and technological enhancements to products in order to help the company maintain its market position.
- Ensure weekly/monthly sales reporting standards are met.
- Maintain high quality standards and establish and implement programmes for continual quality improvement at the sales management level.
- Ensure all management systems within the sales department meet the ISO Quality System requirements.
- Responsible for the career development of the team members, establish and retain a competent workforce.
**Required skills and experience**:
- 5 years and above of progressive managerial experience in coatings industry.
- Proven experience in sales/marketing or related fi eld.
- Exposure in adhesives, other adjacency composites/battery/electronics would be added advantage.
- Solid knowledge of reporting and fi nancial/budgeting processes.
- Strong customer focus and market driven.
- Excellent organizational and leadership skills.
- Outstanding communication and interpersonal abilities.
- A goal-oriented/hunter mindset.
- Commercial awareness partnered with a strategic mindset.
- Strong analytical, conceptual and strategic thinking (vision, problem solving).
- Good business/market savvy knowledge.
**Qualifications**:
- Bachelor's Degree in Chemistry or equivalent and preferably Masters of Science in Business Administration.
