**ABOUT MLIGHT ASIA PACIFIC**

**JOB RESPONSIBILITIES**:

- Maintain and update financial records (ledgers, invoices, receipts, filing systems).
- Reconcile financial discrepancies by analyzing accounts.
- Perform timely bill payments.
- Support audits by providing necessary documentation.
- Oversee accounts receivable/payable and manage banking.
- Handle payroll, including bi-weekly payments, deductions, and distribution of payslips.
- Perform bank reconciliation and manage company credit cards and employee expenses.
- Assist in business planning and print reports as needed (e.g. profit-loss).
- Ensure accuracy of financial data in accounting systems.
- Update payroll systems with employee status changes and maintain payroll records.

**JOB REQUIREMENTS**:

- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field.
- Active English speaker (being fluent is a plus point)
- Minimum 3-5 years of experience in related field.
- Strong understanding of financial principles and accounting practices.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, MYOB, and/or Accurate.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Contract
Contract length: 24 months

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Jakarta: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)
