Finance, Accounting, & Tax Manager

Key Responsibilities :

  • Develop and manage financial strategies, budgets, and forecasts to align with the company's strategic objectives.
  • Prepare, review, and analyze monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements, deliver insightful reports to management and stakeholders.
  • Ensure accuracy and consistency in financial records through timely account reconciliations and effective oversight of general ledger systems.
  • Oversee the company's tax activities, ensure compliance with tax laws and regulations, and prepare and submit tax reports.
  • Provide financial insights and strategic recommendations to support business decisions and cost-efficiency.
  • Oversee daily operation in finance, accounting, and tax department.

Requirements :

  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in finance, accounting, and taxation (Brevet A&B certification is a plus).
  • Proficiency in English both, written and spoken.

  • Strong understanding of accounting principles, financial reporting standards, and current tax regulations in Indonesia.

  • Indepth knowledge of financial analysis and strategy.

  • Proficient in accounting software (e.g., Accurate or Hashmicro) and advanced Microsoft Excel skills.
  • Having analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent leadership, interpersonal, and communication skills.
  • Willing to work at Head Office : Kelapa Gading - North Jakarta.
