Job Responsibilities:
  • Coordinate with external parties such as local tax offices, banking institutions, and support the development of related business operations.
  • Manage financial transactions, including bank settlements, bookkeeping of bank statements, receipts, and documentation organization.
  • Review and verify payment vouchers to ensure compliance with financial management regulations.
  • Process domestic and international payments, ensuring accuracy and compliance with internal policies.
  • Handle monthly and annual corporate income tax (PPh) calculations and reporting, including VAT and other tax obligations, ensuring timely and accurate submission.
  • Manage BPJS Kesehatan and BPJS Ketenagakerjaan administration, including registration, reporting, and monthly contribution payments.
  • Ensure timely settlement of accounts payable and receivable, and maintain efficient cash flow and account management for the company.
  • Issue and verify invoices, manage tax withholding (potongan sertifikasi), and assist with monthly tax declaration and reconciliation processes through Coretax or similar platforms.
  • Apply business accounting and inventory principles to calculate cost and expense data, supporting business optimization and decision-making.
  • Maintain and organize accounting files such as vouchers, ledgers, and financial reports.
  • Assist with contract administration, procurement processes, and ensure compliance with local and international financial and tax regulations.
  • Conduct financial data analysis and provide insights to support management reporting and strategic decision-making.

Job Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field from a top-tier university (nationally or internationally). A Master's degree in Finance/Accounting or professional qualifications (e.g., CPA, CFA, ACCA) is a strong advantage.
  • Minimum 2 years of relevant experience, preferably with prior work experience at one of the Big 4 accounting firms.
  • Proven experience handling multinational businesses, including exposure to cross-border financial transactions and tax reporting.
  • Possession of Accounting Certification and/or Brevet A & B certification is strongly preferred.
  • Strong knowledge of Indonesian taxation (PPh, VAT, BPJS) and experience with Coretax or similar tax platforms.
  • Proficient in financial systems, MS Excel, and other accounting software, with a solid understanding of cash handling, banking, and payment procedures.
  • Analytical, detail-oriented, and capable of producing financial insights for business optimization.
  • Proactive, responsible, and communicative team player with strong problem-solving skills and adaptability in a dynamic work environment.
  • Proficiency in English (spoken and written) is required.
