About the role

Reporting into the Finance Director, this exciting full-time Finance Accounting role presents an excellent opportunity to join the finance team at PT. DOLPHIN TRANSPORTASI INDONESIA in Central Jakarta, Jakarta. As Finance Accounting, you will play a crucial part in ensuring the company's financial operations run smoothly and efficiently.

What you'll be doing

  • Preparing and analysing financial statements, including balance sheets, profit and loss statements, and cash flow statements
  • Maintaining accurate financial records and ensuring compliance with accounting standards and regulations
  • Performing month-end and year-end close processes, including account reconciliations and journal entries
  • Assisting with budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning
  • Providing analytical support to the finance and business teams
  • Collaborating with cross-functional teams to optimise financial processes and controls
  • Adhering to all relevant accounting and financial reporting requirements

What we're looking for

  • Associate Degree or bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field
  • Good English language skills
  • Can work under pressure.
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in a finance accounting role, preferably in the transportation industry
  • Strong knowledge of financial accounting principles, including Indonesian Accounting Standards (SAK)
  • Proficient in the use of financial software and Microsoft Office suite, particularly Excel
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret financial data
  • Strong attention to detail and a commitment to accuracy
  • Effective communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work collaboratively
