**Business Development** is responsible for keeping happy customers and finding new ones. They do this by providing excellent service to existing customers and actively searching for new business opportunities.
**Main Responsibilities**
- Generate & Identify potential customers to expand the company's database
- Drive sales growth by actively identifying potential clients through databases and networking
- Present and promote the company's services to potential clients through engaging presentations and tailored proposals
- Drive significant revenue growth by exceeding established sales targets
- Proactively manage client relationships by ensuring exceptional customer experiences
- Attend online and offline meetings to present the value proposition of our services and close deals
**Job Requireements**
- Full Time & On Site for Surabaya Office
- Fast learner and passion for sales
- Strong in interpersonal, communication, and negotiation skills, while also excelling in sales presentations
- Target oriented person
- Ability to work independently and as a member of a team
- A strong passion for learning in digital marketing area
