As a Human Resource Business Partner, you will be responsible for partnering with managers to develop and implement people strategy through the execution of HR processes, ensuring effective and sustainable workplace relations, and by providing HR support for a defined team or location. Reporting to EL Product Marketing Manager, you will be accountable for the overall HR contribution and value-add to the business in partnership with the functions and shared services. This position is based in Jakarta, Indonesia.

**Your responsibilities**:

- Understanding and contributing to the overall business and people strategy. Determining and delivering the best approach in area of responsibility
- Providing leadership and guidance to ensure that the area of responsibility is appropriately organized, staffed, skilled and directed
- Representing HR in the business, establishing strong relationships with all business leaders and employees
- Facilitating and ensuring success of change management initiatives across area of responsibility
- Ensuring all employees understand ABB safety and integrity standards and act accordingly
- Ensuring compliance with legislation, HR policies and other compliance standards in all areas of responsibility
- Coaching, motivating, and developing talent to build an effective, capable, and high performing team

**Your background**:

- A minimum degree/bachelors in any discipline
- A minimum of 10 years work experience or high caliber HR professional with a min of 8 years work experience
- Proven track record with MNCs
- Experience in navigating and adapting to ever changing landscapes
- Good to have production or manufacturing experience, union experience
