Job Responsibilities:

- Manage and direct the daily activities of the commercial leasing op within Dept, including reviewing and negotiating lease transaction and agreement.
- Develop and implement policies and procedures to improve efficiency and profitability of the department.
- Liaise with the project management & sustainability department & property team throughout the design development and construction process.
- Initiate marketing programs and events to promote and reach potential customers.
- Review and negotiate lease transactions and agreements.
- Responsible for the productivity and budgetary performance of the leasing operations dept.
- Oversee completions of all necessary paperwork and ensures proper customer service.
- Track the lease renewal and engage with tenants for lease renewal negotiations.
- Maintain office leasing and marketing data bases and handle tenants enquires.
- Networking with external office leasing agent. Any other duties and responsibilities as may be reasonably assigned by your supervisors from time to time.
