Senior Leasing Manager

Identifying new leasing opportunities, negotiating lease agreements, and overseeing the leasing process for all of Ismaya's F&B lifestyle outlets. The Leasing Manager ensures that Ismaya secures prime locations that align with its brand strategy while maintaining operational and financial objectives.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree from Economy, Finance, Commercial or related field.

• Minimum of 10 years of experience in commercial leasing, retail leasing, or real estate management, ideally in the F&B or hospitality sector.

• Proven track record in negotiating leases and managing a portfolio of retail or restaurant spaces.

• Strong knowledge of local real estate laws, market trends, and leasing practices.

Technical Skills

• Proficiency in real estate management software and leasing databases.

• Strong understanding of financial modeling and lease cost analysis.

• Knowledge of legal terms and conditions related to commercial leasing agreements.

• Experience with market research tools to assess potential locations and competitive landscapes.

• Build and maintain strong relationships with landlords, real estate brokers, property developers, and mall management teams.

• Manage ongoing communications and relationships with property owners to ensure positive working relationships.

• Oversee the renewal and renegotiation of existing leases to ensure optimal terms and conditions.

• Manage Ismaya's real estate portfolio, tracking lease expirations, renewals, and upcoming leasing opportunities.

• Ensure lease agreements meet budgetary requirements and contribute to overall business profitability.

• Prepare financial models and analysis to assess the feasibility of new locations.

• Work closely with the operations, legal, and finance teams to align leasing strategies with business goals.

• Collaborate with executive chefs and outlet managers to ensure leased spaces meet operational and brand-specific needs.

• Provide support during the opening of new outlets, coordinating lease handover and property fit-out.
