- Fridays 13:30 - 21:00
- Saturdays 8:30 - 17:00
**Requirements**:
- **Fluent in both spoken and written English** (professional level is essential).
- Proven ability to **multitask under pressure** while maintaining accuracy and professionalism.
- **Excellent communication skills** - clear, courteous, and confident.
- High attention to detail, strong organizational skills, and customer-first mindset.
- Comfortable using Google Workspace, WhatsApp Business, and other basic digital tools.
- Positive, proactive, and adaptable personality; thrives in a **fast-paced team environment.**:
- Can work **onsite at our Jakarta center or remotely** (must have a quiet work environment and stable internet).
