- Minimal 3 year experience as Procurement/Purchasing.
- Good initiative, fast learner, honest.
- Have a good communication & negotiation skill.
- Target oriented and good working in a team.
- Proficient using Microsoft Office and Accurate.
- Can communicate in English & Mandarin (min passive).
- Understand the process of purchasing and procurement of goods, the import process, and understand customs regulations.

Job Description:

- Handle import and local purchases.
- Looking for several vendors for comparison.
- Analyze vendors and suppliers to find the best vendor.
- Negotiate with vendors to get the best price.
- Checking the suitability between the specifications of the goods/services required by the user and those offered by the supplier.
- Monitor the process of shipping goods.
- Ensure that the goods arrive in good condition and arrive on time.
- Maintain good relationship with vendors.
- Create invoices, purchase orders/ work orders.
- Perform invoice checking to ensure there are no billing errors by the vendor.
