The Core Objectives:
1. Effective on-boarding of new and existing merchants

2. Communicating and collaborating with the Key Account Manager, Strategy Ops, Payment, Finance, Procurement and Tech Team for merchants related support

3. Addressing and resolving merchants complaints

4. Managing & Maintaining PO (Purchase Order), Invoice, and GRN (Goods Received Note)

5. Assisting, preparing, and monitoring office purchasing plans and budgets to ensure cost-effective procurement on a timely basis

6. Other tasks as may be assigned

Essential Experience / Criteria:
1. Bachelor’s degree with interest in data-oriented analysis and communication skills

2. Proficiency in Microsoft Office & Google Workspace (Excel & Spreadsheet is must)

3. Self-motivated, with an ability to work under pressure and to manage multiple tasks in a dynamic corporate environment

Desirable Experience / Criteria:
1. Bachelor’s degree in Management, Business/Economics or related field

2. Previous experience in similar background/industry

3. Fresh Graduate are welcome to apply
