Job Description:

- Create purchase orders (PO) to fulfill orders and ensure stock availability within deadlines.
- Monitor order status until goods are received in the warehouse.
- Communicate with suppliers to resolve any issues that arise during the import process.
- Coordinate with other departments to ensure smooth import operations.
- Classify goods to determine restricted import items.
- Provide necessary documentation required by customs authorities.
- Compile and provide periodic import reports containing relevant data.

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor’s degree in a related field
- Minimum of 1 year of experience in purchasing or supply chain.
- Familiarity with import regulations and customs procedures.
- Proficiency in relevant software and tools for data analysis and reporting.
- Fluent in English (both speaking and writing).
- Strong data processing and analytical skills to generate reports.
- Ability to work effectively under pressure and meet deadlines.
- Excellent communication skills with suppliers and other departments.
- Capable of multitasking and managing multiple priorities simultaneously.
- Knowledge of BTKI and understanding of Harmonized System (HS) Codes.
