We’re looking for an **HR Officer** to join our growing team at Bottega Italiana Indonesia.

You’ll help handle daily HR tasks, from staff documents to BPJS and recruitment, to make sure everything runs smoothly and follows Indonesian labor rules.

**Main Responsibilities**:

- Prepare and update employee files, contracts, and letters.
- Post job ads, screen CVs, and help schedule interviews.
- Support onboarding for new staff (forms, orientation, documents).
- Register and update BPJS
- Record staff attendance, leave, and overtime.
- Assist with simple payroll data and reports.
- Be the first contact for staff questions or HR matters.
- Keep HR records organized and confidential.

**Requirements**:

- **Good English** (spoken and written).
- **Minimum 1-2 years experience**in HR or administration.
- Knowledge of StaffAny a plus
- Understand BPJS registration and reporting.
- Comfortable using Google Workspace.
- Organized, detail-oriented, and responsible.
- Willing to learn and grow in the HR field.
- Team player with a positive attitude.
