We are looking for a passionate and organized HR Officer to join our growing team. The HR Officer will manage day-to-day HR operations, support staff and intern management, and ensure compliance with organizational policies. This role requires someone who is detail-oriented, empathetic, and committed to fostering a positive and empowering workplace culture.
**Responsibilities**:
- Manage end-to-end HR processes, including recruitment, onboarding, attendance, and payroll.
- Maintain and update HR databases, contracts, and employee records.
- Support staff welfare, performance evaluation, and professional development.
- Oversee intern and volunteer administration, including agreements, attendance, and evaluations.
- Ensure compliance with internal policies and local labor laws.
- Assist with HR reporting, recognition events, and employee engagement initiatives.
- Uphold ROLE Foundation’s guiding principles of integrity, empowerment, and sustainability in every HR process.
**Requirements**:
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Management, or related field.
- Minimum 1 year of HR experience (preferably in NGO or education sector).
- Strong organizational and communication skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, Google Workspace, and HR information systems.
- Fluent in Bahasa Indonesia and English (both written and spoken).
- Empathetic, proactive, and committed to gender equality and sustainability.
