**In this position you will**

Lead and manage Indonesia’s largest key accounts, which includes developing and implementing strategic plans consistent with the Key Account’s mission. You will also be responsible for mapping the organisation and managing the relationship from CXO level to executive management whilst maintaining strong governance. You will own the relationship for bolttech, internally and externally.

**You will be responsible for**
- Planning and aligning on long term and annual partnership strategies / goals
- Identifying and aligning target market segments for business development within the key account
- Developing a pipeline of initiatives and actively hunt for new opportunities within the key account and optimize existing initiatives
- Deepening and widening Key Account relationship by understanding emerging and untapped opportunities and deliver new products or channels
- Innovating as opportunity poses to leverage bolttech digital capabilities in delivering superior B2B and end customer experience for clients
- Managing the account from the C-level to executive level and developing trust at all levels
- Acquiring a thorough understanding of key customer needs and requirements and ensure the expectations are managed
- Expanding our relationships by continuously proposing solutions that meet their objectives
- Ensuing propositions and services are delivered to customers in timely manner
- Serve as the link of communication between key account and internal teams - be it Indonesia or group office
- Resolving any issues and problems faced by customers and deal with complaints
- Preparing regular reports of progress and forecasts to internal and external stakeholder using key account metrics
- Management of sales and service teams to deliver profitable growth
- Keeping up to date market trends and introduce appropriate action

Communication

- Develops and fosters strategic relationships with internal and partner key stakeholders to communicate, negotiate and present very clear and concise reports, business proposals and plans focused to secure partner alignment and execution.

Commercial and market led
- Holds a sound view of relevant markets, industry and competitors and uses this to inform commercial decisions
- Demonstrates sound financial acumen and can interpret financial reports and metrics. Clear on how team’s actions contribute to the financial results of the organization.
- Able to operate across multiple LOB/capabilities to add value to our one bolttech proposition

**You will require the following qualifications and skills**
- Minimum Bachelor's Degree in any discipline from reputable university or BSc/BA in business administration, sales or relevant field
- Proven experience as Key Account Manager
- Min. 10 years' experience as Account Manager or sales and providing solutions based on customer needs
- Experienced in the field of marketing / customer relations at least 5 years
- Wide and deep experience in managing large / complex key accounts with multiple stakeholders
- Ability to use data to drive and influence decisions, leverage bolttech data science capabilities to improve sales performance or recommend changes in strategi
