We are currently looking for**:F&B Manager**

Job Desc:

- Oversee daily food and beverage operations, including kitchen and bar functions, to ensure smooth and efficient service
- Train, supervise, and motivate staff
- Develop, implement and continuously improve menus
- Manage budgets and implement cost-saving measures to maximize profitability
- Monitor stock levels, manage inventory to minimize waste and ensure adequate stock availability
- Ensure adherence to food safety regulations, maintain high food quality standards, and monitor service standards to ensure customer satisfaction
- Handle guest inquiries, complaints, and requests promptly and professionally, striving to provide exceptional customer experiences
- Collaborate with marketing teams to promote food and beverage offerings, implement marketing strategies to boost sales, and assist with event planning

Qualifications:

- Have an experience at the same position minimum 3-4 years
- Speak English
- Domiciled in Bali
