**Job Descriptions**:

- Assisting Purchasing / Tender Process Dept Head to communicate with Suppliers for the price, delivery time.
- Supervise and coordinate with Purchaser /Tender process staff for any PO transaction/ Tender Process.
- Supervise Purchasing/Tender Process Admin to maintain digital and physical admin documents and records.
- Building and maintaining good relationships with new and existing vendors.
- Controlling and monitoring the team according to the scope of work and target schedule/timeline.
- Ensuring timely report (weekly, monthly and related report required)
- Attend the necessary meeting.
- Any other task as assigned by Superior.

**Job Requirements**:

- Minimum Bachelor Degree in Civil Engineering or any major with related experience in tender process / procurement field.
- Minimum 5 years of working experience in related field.
- Excellent negotiation, interpersonal and communication skill in both written and verbal.
- Fast learner, adaptable, able to multitask and have a good time management.
- Advance skills with MS Office, especially excel, and familiar with SAP.
- English ( excellence in written, verbal min passive).
- Familiar with tender process and purchase of goods/services.
- Willing to be placed in BSD - Tangerang.
