About the role

We are seeking a skilled and motivated Purchasing Staff to join our team at Passion Cafe. In this key role, you will be responsible for managing the procurement of raw materials and other supplies essential to our F&B operations. Your strategic contributions will be crucial in ensuring the smooth and efficient running of our supply chain.

What you'll be doing

  • Collaborating with internal stakeholders to identify purchasing requirements and negotiate favourable terms with suppliers
  • Monitoring inventory levels and placing orders to maintain optimal stock levels
  • Tracking and following up on orders to ensure timely delivery
  • Maintaining accurate purchasing records and generating reports
  • Researching new suppliers and products to identify cost-saving opportunities
  • Resolving any issues or discrepancies with deliveries or invoices

What we're looking for

  • Minimum 3 years' experience in a purchasing or procurement role, preferably within the F&B Industry
  • Strong negotiation and communication skills to liaise effectively with suppliers
  • Excellent organizational and time management abilities to juggle multiple tasks and priorities
  • Proficient in using procurement software and data analysis tools
  • Thorough understanding of inventory management principles and best practices
  • Comfortable using POS systems and accounting software (Qube, Quinos, Moka).
  • Problem-solving mindset and the ability to work independently
  • This role is mainly based at our South Tangerang Head Office. Occasional visits to our PIK location are required.
  • F&B experience is a must.
