One of our clients, a leading provider of luxury travel services, is searching for an Operational Manager to join the team immediately.

**Requirements**:

- Must be a resident of Bali to ensure availability and familiarity with the local environment.
- Possess a personal scooter or car for ease of mobility and operational needs.
- Fluent in English, with strong written and verbal communication skills to liaise effectively with international and local teams.
- Minimum Dive Master certification to demonstrate advanced diving knowledge and capabilities.
- A Dive Instructor certification is required, with at least two years of experience working on liveaboard vessels in Indonesia, showcasing expertise in diving operations and knowledge of the local waters.
- Proven ability to manage and coordinate teams across multiple departments, ensuring smooth operations and exceptional service delivery.
- Demonstrated capability to handle challenges effectively, especially in dynamic and high-pressure environments.
- Ability to work harmoniously with a multicultural team and adapt to the nuances of diverse guest profiles.
- Understanding of safety protocols and procedures to maintain high standards in guest and crew well-being.
- Strong focus on maintaining quality and operational excellence in every aspect of service delivery.

**Responsibilities**:

- Design and implement operational guidelines to streamline processes and improve efficiency across all departments.
- Provide leadership and management support to all vessel departments, ensuring smooth daily operations.
- Oversee adherence to health, safety, environmental, and labour regulations, ensuring all operations meet legal and industry standards.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with suppliers to secure high-quality resources and services essential for operations.
- Collaborate with the Director to plan and manage budgets, monitor expenditures, and support financial decision-making processes.
- Analyse operational data to identify areas for improvement and implement effective solutions to enhance performance.
- Serve as a liaison between the Director, Cruise Manager, and Captain to ensure clear communication and alignment on goals.
- Manage logistics, including the procurement of supplies, spare parts, and inventory, to ensure operational readiness.
- Work closely with the accounting team to oversee financial transactions, monitor cash flow, and manage bank processes efficiently.
