JOB DESCRIPTIONS & RESPONSIBILITIES
- Respond to Inquiries: Professionally and promptly, replying to pre-booking inquiries via OTAs, WhatsApp, and other communication platforms.
- Work Closely with the Operational Team: Share reservation updates and special guest requests with the operations team to ensure smooth daily operations and excellent guest experiences.
- Overview Booking Calendar: Making sure that the booking calendar is accurate and up-to-date across all channels, preventing double bookings and unnecessary holds/blocks.
- Maintain Reservation Records: Accurately record guest and booking information in spreadsheets to ensure all data is current.
- Marketplace Listings: List and promote villa availability on Facebook Marketplace for monthly and long-term rentals.
- Process Invoices: Issue invoices and handle payments for direct bookings, especially for monthly/long-term rentals.
- Property Viewings: Arrange and assist property viewings for potential guests.
- Prepare Monthly Reports: Compile monthly reservation and sales reports for management, highlighting key activity and trends.
