Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly organized and motivated Guest Relations Associate to join our team. This role is key in ensuring smooth operations and a positive guest journey across all four of our restaurants, as well as supporting the sales team and maintaining a strong online presence for each brand.

**Responsibilities**:

- Guest Communication & Database Management:

- Warmly greet guests and manage waiting lists when necessary.
- Respond to guest inquiries and resolve complaints in a professional and timely manner.
- Online Presence & Marketing Support:

- Respond to Google reviews for each restaurant, maintaining a positive online reputation.
- Update restaurant information on Google My Business, Gojek, Grab, and TripAdvisor for all four locations, ensuring accuracy and consistency.
- Support the sales team with group bookings, including communication, coordination, and follow-up.
- Other:

- Assist with administrative tasks as needed.
- Stay informed about current promotions and menu changes at all restaurants.

Qualifications:

- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English and Bahasa Indonesia.
- Strong interpersonal and customer service skills.
- Proficient in using Microsoft Office and online reservation systems.
- Experience with social media platforms (Facebook, Instagram) is a plus.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Highly organized and detail-oriented.
- Passion for the hospitality industry and a genuine desire to provide excellent guest experiences.
