You’ll be part of our tight-knit Academy team, whose main goal is to elevate the skill of our employee, and heavily collaborate with Sales team in the process of building a salesforce with sustainable skills and competency. To succeed, you’ll need both your comprehensive understanding in Salesmanship and knowledge in learning strategies.

**Responsibilities**:
Conduct skills gap analyses to identify areas of improvement for Sales & Telesales team

Produce physical and digital educational material (e.g. videos and case studies) that can trigger learner curiosities

Onboard new sales people toward a seamless onboarding journey

Coordinate individual and team performance review sessions to discuss strengths and weaknesses

Monitor sales objectives and results to be consistently within the target

Collect feedback from trainees and managers about training courses

Report on impact of training programs (e.g. sales achieved)

Liaise with external trainers or industry professionals and organize seminars

Maintain updated records of training material, curricula and costs

Join hands and become buddy or peer with TL. SPV and/or TLM to develop sales team in their areas
At least 4 years experience as salesperson will give you credibility while teaching and developing our team

Having a teaching experience will be a plus

Passion in learning

Basic knowledge in learning & development processes and strategies

Strong interpersonal and analytical skills

Excellent communication and presentation skills

Able to operate Ms. Excel
