Role Description

  • Provide training on product knowledge, awareness, and capabilities for retail teams and dealers
  • Conduct training evaluations
  • Conduct market research
  • Responsible for training and enabling Field Force team members and customer retailer staff to enhance their sell-out capability
  • Create daily and weekly work plans
  • Develop training materials & reports
  • Monitor promoter in-store performance and coordinate with regions to improve regional sell-out

Qualifications

  • Minimum 3 years' experience as a trainer in the gadget industry (smartphone/PC/tablet/Wearables/Audio)
  • High mobility (willing to travel)
  • Able to create own presentation materials
  • Fluent in public speaking
  • High sales acumen is an advantage
  • Speaking active English
