People are key to Shopee’s growth, and as our business expands, so does the need to develop and support our employees. - Handle end to end process of Vendor Onboarding and Vendor Maintenance - Assist and Guide Vendor how to complete the registration process and due diligence process - Review and conduct due diligence for comprehensive list of suppliers for tender preparation - Review Information and Document related Vendor Management process - Sourcing, selecting, and maintaining all potential vendor - Maintain relationship with stakeholders (internal and external) - Present business findings and recommendations clearly and confidently to sponsors and key stakeholders **Requirements**: - Bachelor’s degree and above from all majors - 1-3 years of relevant Vendor Sourcing or Vendor Management experience - Able to communicate both verbally and written in English and Bahasa Indonesia - Strong business process execution with a "continuous improvement" attitude - Strong project management and stakeholder management skills to present your findings to stakeholders of all levels - Excellent analytical skills; hands-on experience in crunching data - from scoping the analysis to creating reports - Ability to provide a report in Excel, PowerPoint and Chart
