Reportingto Branch Manager, Business Development Staff isresponsible to develop profitable new businesses as well as maintain relationshipand seek possibilities to widen the agencies channels and brokers, as well asimprove the standard level of service, in order to achieve annual objective andsupport branch target

**Your Profile**
- Completion of diploma or bachelor's or degreeat an accredited college or university.
- Minimum 2+ years experience in similar role ina general insurance company
- Have a good communication skills, networking, achievementorientation and focus on customer orientation
- Strong leadership behavior
- AAAIK qualification or other relevantprofessional qualification
- High level of integrity and dependability with a strong sense of urgencyand results-orientation
