**Responsibilities**:

- Managing employee records, letters, contracts, offer letters, attendance logs.
- Providing regular reports of HR related matters.
- Ensuring compliance with labor laws and keeping company policies up to date.
- Creating, drafting, and implementing internal guidelines and company regulations to create clarity and structure.
- Handling payroll, BPJS, and salary benchmarking to keep pay competitive.
- Running employee engagement and internal events program.
- Embodying culture and maintaining good employee relations within the team.
- Organizing training, and supporting managers with performance reviews.
- Running and monitoring performance management.
- Reviewing resumes, conducting HR interviews, collaborating with external recruiters.
- Ensuring smooth onboarding with a buddy system for new hires.

**Qualifications**:

- At least 3 years of experience as an HR Generalist or in a similar role.
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Business Administration, or a related field (preferred).
- Excellent focus when handling multiple tasks.
- Excellent communication skills, with a natural sensitivity to people’s emotions and needs.
- Strong attention to detail, organizational, communication, time-management and problem-solving skills.
- Familiarity with Indonesian labor laws and employment regulations.
- Experience handling employee relations, recruitment, onboarding, and offboarding processes.
- Adaptability in HR tools and software (e.g., Jibble, Job Portals).
- Ability to manage confidential information with discretion and integrity.
- A proactive, people-first approach, with a passion for building a positive company culture.
