Role Overview

We are seeking a
Brand & People Executive
to support the Founder of Hyde Concept in managing daily operations, team coordination, and production workflow.

This role bridges creative, human, and operational aspects of the brand — ensuring projects, campaigns, and vendor timelines are executed efficiently and on schedule.

Key Responsibilities

People & Team Coordination

  • Source, screen, and manage freelance collaborators across Hyde's divisions (fashion, creative, marketing, operations).
  • Oversee contracts, schedules, and progress tracking for all active freelancers.
  • Maintain internal team database, contact lists, and performance logs.

Brand & Operations Support

  • Assist the Founder with operational follow-ups, vendor communication, and project timelines.
  • Manage brand documentation, workflow systems, and creative archives (Google Drive / Notion).
  • Prepare weekly status reports summarizing key updates across all running projects.

Production & Vendor Management

  • Coordinate with garment, design, and creative vendors to track production or sampling progress.
  • Conduct basic quality control and prepare items for campaign or product photoshoots.
  • Ensure deadlines are met and communication between teams remains consistent.

Qualifications

  • 1–3 years of experience in brand, HR/operations, or creative project coordination.
  • Strong organizational and communication skills.
  • Proficiency with digital tools (Google Sheets, Notion, Canva, Trello).
  • Basic understanding of fashion or creative production workflow is a plus.
  • Fluent in both English and Indonesian.
  • Based in Bali or available for hybrid remote work.
